Although the BORUS staff is committed to you and your child for 100%, it could happen that you do not agree with certain matters. For the childcare center it is of great importance that you inform us about your complaints so that we can adjust our services where necessary. In this way we hope to achieve that we will be able to deal adequately with future problems. Problems are meant to be solved.
