In general, a confrontation with (or a suspicion of) undesirable behaviour is reported to the supervisor. There may be several reasons why a parent/ guardian can not or does not want to report the case to the supervisor. For this reason we have appointed an external independent confidential counsellor for parents.
A confidential counsellor offers an opportunity to talk about matters about which you have the feeling you can not go to the management of our organisation for, on a confidential basis.
By clicking on the link below you can find more information about the use of the confidential counsellor for parents/ guardians, the tasks of this confidential counsellor and how you can contact this counsellor.
BORUS is happy to help you make the right choice and give you appropriate advice. Call us at: 0297 522 182
